Prices January 2024

Dear customers,

I am delighted to announce that the price for a single bag of our Grain Free Kibble is fixed for at least another 6 months!

This fantastic news comes from our brilliant manufacturer, who has been able to keep costs down (without comprising on quality), and if I’m not paying more for the food, then neither are my customers! They do review their prices twice per year and anticipate an increase in June/July, but hopefully by then the factors that affect the cost, such as energy prices and raw materials, will have stabilised further to keep the increase to a minimum. I will of course let you know closer to the time.

One part of the business that I am having to change is in relation to delivery, as unfortunately costs in this area, such as diesel and courier fees, continue to rise to the point I can no longer absorb. Starting from 1st January 2024, I will be raising the threshold for free delivery and changing the fee for orders that fall below that value. More details on these changes can be found below.

I understand that this change to delivery fees is not the best news, and I’m sure there are many customers that would prefer to collect their orders to avoid this fee, who cannot do so due to our current opening hours. With this in mind, starting from January 6th 2024 our store will be open every Saturday morning from 10 am – 12 noon, for any customer that would prefer to collect their order.

Lastly, I am slightly tweaking the discounts for buying our 12 kg and 15 kg bags in bulk, but the price of a single bag remains the same as it is today, along with the discounts for buying our 2 kg bags in bulk.
